How broker verification works

Once you activate your broker account by filling out your information you have full access to all broker features while we verify your broker identity.

We use the information provided to verify you are a licensed broker. This process takes 1 to 2 business days. During this period you will be able to create listings and post on the platform. Your profile will show an “unverified” banner during this time. Once verified this banner will disappear and you will earn your verified broker badge.

We take these steps to help prevent fraud on our platform while keeping the barrier to entry low. We aim to provide a safe and secure environment for both brokers, buyers, and sellers on Bizcocity.
