Bizcocity Welcomes New Ownership and Leadership Team through acquisition

Bizcocity today announced that it has been successfully acquired by new owners. Bizcocity a premier independent business for sale marketplace is relaunching with a new and improved platform including a full expansion into the United States and all of Europe.

Bizcocity has been completely rebuilt from the ground up, featuring a full redesign including an all new dashboard with an overall improved UI and UX. There are a whole suite of new features including a new search algorithm and messaging platform.

They have brought in new leadership to drive growth and innovation. Their new COO, one of Canada’s early innovators in online advertising has been brought in to head up marketing and day to day business operations. Their new CTO, with a background in AI security and data analytics for major aerospace and financial institutions, brings deep technical expertise to drive innovation.
