Updated: November 2025
A virtual or digital NDA (Non-Disclosure Agreement) is an electronically signed confidentiality contract that protects sensitive information shared online or through digital means between parties. It serves the same legal purpose as a traditional NDA but is executed and stored electronically for convenience and speed.
The virtual NDAs are saved as PDFs on platform. Bother buyers and brokers can download a copy of their signed NDAs directly from their account at anytime.
Buyers must sign the NDA before a they can access any sensitive information about a business listed by a broker. Sensitive business information is only visible to verified buyers who have legally agreed to maintain privacy.
